Fiat 500e EV Headed to US in 2024, Costs $34,095
Fiat recently announced that it will start selling the 500e hatchback EV in the US in 2024. Priced at $32,500, which includes a destination fee of $34,095, the new model comes with additional features such as improved range, enhanced interior, and better tech. The tiny car is considered to be the lightest passenger BEV in its segment, weighing only 3,000 pounds. The 42 kWh battery pack offers a maximum 149-mile range, catering to city driving. With 117 horsepower and 162 pound feet of torque, the vehicle takes 8.5 seconds to go from 0 to 60 MPH. The interior has been significantly upgraded, featuring a 10.3-inch infotainment touchscreen and a wireless smartphone charging pad. While the car may seem pricier compared to other EV models, Fiat is targeting young and urban consumers and plans to release special versions at regular intervals.
