Remember when Fortnite was a battle royale game? After evolving into a social space, Epic Games is adding three new modes to Fortnite: a racing game, a social music experience, and a Lego-themed survival builder. The Lego mode resembles Minecraft, but Epic has made it unique with its procedurally-generated landscape and realistic designs. It’s also huge and features simple building and more advanced sandbox modes. The game includes around 10,000 different Lego elements, and players can expect more elements to come. Epic plans to attract more children and families with Fortnite’s new modes, creating a space for socializing and fun activities. The new modes will be free and the Lego mode is available now, with the other modes launching this week.
