Microsoft offers rare discounts on the Surface Pro 9 hybrid tablet as part of a Black Friday sale. Savings vary but you can save up to $800 on the top-of-the-line model, bringing the price down to $1,800 from $2,600. The discounted models offer 8GB to 32GB of RAM and 256GB to 1TB of solid-state storage, and a choice between different chips. Unfortunately, these deals don’t include a keyboard or stylus.
There has been some confusion between the different models. The Intel models are for power users while the Arm-based models are for general use. The Surface line is well-regarded for its 13-inch screen and form factor.
These deals are also available on Amazon, with savings of up to $500 on select models. Microsoft’s wider Black Friday deal also offers discounts on other products in their lineup.
