LG has just announced a portable 4K projector called the CineBeam Qube. The projector is set to be unveiled at CES 2024 and has a minimalist design with a handle that makes it easy to carry. The handle is 360-degree rotatable, making it convenient for placement.
The projector is lightweight, weighing around three pounds, and has a square form factor. It also projects 4K UHD resolution images of up to 120 inches with an RGB laser light source, a 450,000:1 contrast ratio, and 154 percent coverage of the DCI-P3 color gamut. The projector also runs on LG webOS 6.0 and provides access to popular streaming services.
The CineBeam Qube also includes LG’s image-mapping function for creating unique ambient displays. However, there is no release date or pricing information available yet. LG will provide more details at CES in January.
